About Kevin
Kevin Fenner joined the Board in 2018 and was elected Vice-President. Following that, Kevin served as Board President until 2020. Kevin was born and raised in Montana and was fortunate to travel the world for work and pleasure, and chose to make Hawai‘i his home in 2010. Kevin lives in Waiki‘i Ranch full-time and enjoys mornings with his horses, cows, chickens, and dogs.
Kevin has a background in community development and has established and managed numerous non-profits focused on community services and the arts. He has extensive experience in preparing grant applications, grant management, program management, budgeting, and fundraising. His professional background and “Aloha Spirit” will allow him to serve on the board in a capacity to represent a broad range of interests as the board moves toward the creation of a self-sustaining organization.
Kevin believes that respect and kindness, with open communication, are essential and that the Board should undertake every decision with the goal of preserving, protecting, and promoting the mission of the KPOS.
