Raised in Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i, Mr. Yoder is a dynamic individual with expertise in full-cycle recruiting and live music entertainment. He is a professional musician with a Bachelor’s Degree in classical guitar and over two decades of experience in performing arts. Jesse spent most of his career in the cruise line industry as a performer and served many years as president and CEO for a full-service musician recruitment agency based in the United States and Europe.

His credits include work with the Kennedy Center, the Dave Brubeck Institute, Modesto Symphony Orchestra, and performances with The Platters, The Coasters, Carlos Bonell, Kenny James, and Michel Cusson, among others. As president of an international music agency, he established collaborative partnerships with five of the world’s largest cruise lines. His responsibilities included sourcing, negotiating, and hiring for a wide variety of roles.

Since returning to Hawai‘i Island in 2021, Jesse has been devoted to promoting the performing arts at our local Hawai‘i schools. Involved in both education and community outreach, he currently leads the after-school program at Holualoa Elementary. Jesse is married to Valeriia Yoder who plays viola with the Kamuela Philharmonic Orchestra.
