Raised in Kailua-Kona, Hawai‘i, Mr Yoder is a dynamic individual with an expertise in full-cycle recruiting and live music entertainment. He is a professional musician with a Bachelor’s Degree in classical guitar and over two decades of experience in performing arts. Jesse spent most of his career in the cruise line industry as a performer and served many years as president and CEO for a full-service musician recruitment agency dually based in the United States and Europe.

Involved in both education and community outreach, Jesse currently leads the after-school program at Holualoa Elementary and is a huge advocate in promoting the performing arts at our Hawai‘i schools. Jesse is married to Valeriia Yoder who plays viola with the Kamuela Philharmonic Orchestra.
