The Kamuela Philharmonic is bringing back the much-loved POPS! concert to the fabulous Kahilu Theatre in Waimea on Hawai‘i Island on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 2pm.
The Philharmonic returns with a program meticulously curated by Maestro Dollinger to captivate and charm audiences of all ages to close out its 2024/25 season with a delightful crescendo!

The Kahilu Theatre is located in the green rolling hills of Waimea (aka Kamuela), at 2700 ft elevation in the South Kohala district of Hawai`i Island. The theatre was founded in 1980 by Richard Smart—heir to the Parker Ranch and accomplished Broadway actor—and has a 484-seat concert hall, a Black Box performance venue, as well as two gallery spaces.
Kahilu Theatre presents dynamic performers from all over the world and around the state to Hawai’i Island residents and visitors, and it is home to the Kamuela Philharmonic Orchestra during our concert season. For more information visit the Kahilu Theatre website.
